Eshna Pain Care Foundation is a registered non-governmental organisation (NGO) committed to making quality pain relief and palliative care accessible to every person  regardless of their financial situation.

Founded alongside Eshna Pain & Palliative Centre, our Foundation bridges the gap between world-class interventional pain management and communities who cannot afford it. We believe that relief from chronic pain is not a privilege  it is a right.

To provide free and subsidised pain management and palliative care services to underprivileged patients across Delhi NCR, through charitable clinics and community camps.

What We Do

Charitable Pain Clinics  Every Quarter

We run free-of-cost pain management OPD clinics for underprivileged patients multiple times each quarter. Patients receive consultation, diagnosis, and guidance from our senior pain specialists.

Free Pain Relief Camps  Quarterly

Once every quarter, our team travels to reach patients who cannot come to us. Our camps deliver pain assessment, palliative support, and medicine guidance in underserved communities across Delhi NCR.

Eshna Pain Care Foundation is the registered NGO arm of Eshna Pain & Palliative Centre. We run charitable pain management clinics and free community pain relief camps to ensure quality pain care is accessible to underprivileged patients in Delhi NCR.

Q2. When was Eshna Pain Care Foundation registered as an NGO?

Eshna Pain Care Foundation received its DARPAN registration in January 2023. We have since filed for 12A and 80G tax exemption and are working towards CSR-1 registration.

Q3. What is DARPAN registration for NGOs in India?

DARPAN (Database Administration and Registration Platform for Associations and NGOs) is a registry maintained by NITI Aayog. DARPAN registration is required to receive government grants and is a mark of legitimacy and transparency.

Q4. What is 80G tax exemption for NGO donations?

Under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, donors to approved NGOs can claim deduction on their donation from their taxable income. Once approved, donations to Eshna Pain Care Foundation will be 80G tax-exempt.
